I am not sure what can be done for him Mike, but for her I hope that showing the differences in the NWT and all of the other accepted translations of the bible plus some of the obvious non-biblical practices in the church will keep her from going that direction. She is a logical person and even though some on this board find faith or religion illogical there has to be some logic behind the teachings of a faith and they have to be backed by the Bible IMO. I will let you know what happens after I talk with him again, he is going to try to convince me of his view on the trinity.

We are all doing well Mike. I am struggling with my sisters decision to possibly become a JW. I am researching everything I can to help her out and make an informed decision but her boyfriend lives close to her and has more influence over her right now. Hopefully I can sway her away from that choice. How about you guys, is everything going well?

It is one of my favorites of all time. I am a firm believer, at the cost of respect from some "christians", that animals are in heaven. I could be wrong, but if I am I always think of that episode of Twilight Zone.

Love that episode. The one where the man and his hound die in a swamp.......then find themselves at the gate to heaven......God says dogs aren't allowed.....so the man doesn't enter and keeps going and comes upon a second gate..
