That is the second time I have seen that image used in an article about TC. Most of the time the people at newspapers have no idea how wrestling works and I often see photos of the wrestler who the article is about getting scored upon and what not.
Unfortunately, I don't think that is how Getty Images works -- random photographers can't just submit photos to Getty. Getty has its own photographers that are hired to shoot specific events, so if you aren't one of their contracted photogs, then they can't use your photos.
I just did a getty images search and it looks like that is the ONLY close up action shot they have of TC -- the others are farther away when the photographer went overhead to shoot -- so that is probably why we are seeing it used a lot.

Still, I think I would rather see the overhead photo of him after he won vs a close up action photo of him in bad position.
