Just wondering a couple of things: Are Vadim and Gennadiy Laliev related? Are either one going to be in Beijing this summer? Any links/pics/news on either one?

Their countries have qualified for the games. I don't know yet whether Vadim and Gennadi are nominated to represent them.

On www.jamd.com there are a few pics of Gennadi from the 2004 games. Search for Laliyev.

To them its nothing more than wrestling for different clubs. They were born when these two countries were a part of one country, aka Soviet Union.
