I thought murtazaliev looked very tired. Saitiev went after him the entire match.

Fadzaev will always have a place in my heart but man that Saitiev is something special.

Did it look like Saitiev broke exposure in the second period?

I like how the screen says "legend" in Russian as Saitiev walks by. I know its an ad for something but I thought that was pretty cool.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it, but my guess is that, like Ichiro, Saitiev gets all of the close calls.

Saitiev went Iowa style on murtazaliev. A mixture of Brands, Sanderson and Saitiev's technique all in one person. All takedowns by Saitiev. No attempts at exposure.

That's what I was thinking. One point for either the hand-to-hand exposure or the takedown, not both.

Man that was a great match. In Murta-Saitiev 1 (one of my favorite matches) I thought Saitiev looked old and slow. Now it looks like some training has fixed all that; he actually outscrambled Murta, and went after him the entire match.

thats the old Saitiev that i remember, if he wins a 3rd gold medal at the olympics will he be the first to ever do so in freestyle?
