The entire gold-medal finals of the U.S. Women’s National Championships will be webcast live on LiveSportsVideo.com on Thursday, April 24, starting at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

The finals of men’s freestyle and Greco-Roman will be broadcast on a taped-delayed basis on ESPNU. As part of the broadcast agreement with ESPN, there will be no webcast of the men’s finals.

It is a fun first round match-up in the qualifier, but neither guy has a good chance of winning the tournament following this one, and both will probably make the next tournament.

FWIW, this tournament is a bit of a joke. As soon as the qualify - if they are not going for first - everybody defaults out.

Having said that.... the 145 qualifier is brutal. There should be some fun matches before the defaults.

Yup, all very intertaining "minor league" matches to be sure. I am going tomorrow (Chertow is having me work) and look forward to the match-ups. Most of those guys will get to the ones already qualified, and with an upset here and there will mostly look pretty tough, but still lose 2-1;4-0, or 1-1;0-2;0-4, type matches. It's just the nature of what those on the senior circuit for awhile do to those up and comers.

The Simpson/Metcalf match-up will sort of see what concentrating on the style, versus somebody who hasn't been, means for Simpsons potential as a "player".

How can Winston wrestle at FILA Juniors and Senior Nationals at the same time? He must have a lot of energy.
