I believe that the wrestlers draw lots as they weigh in for placement on the bracket. It is a blind draw system. They are not just placed on the bracket. At least this is the way it was always done when I competed, and I do not believe that there has been a change in the procedure.

Yeah no tampering there. Takatsuka has Ribalta 1st round and the winner there will face a very good Hungarian and then that winner will face the winner of Mohammadi/Zadick in the 1/4s. There is literally nobody noteworthy in the top bracket aside from the dude from France.
I thought Pais (FRA) already qualified from the Euros?
