well, turkey has never had any soviet ties. and im guessing plenty of slovakians and bulgarians would resent the soviet connections, as both are in the EU now. as would plenty of georgians and ukrainians for that matter.

and anyway, what does it matter? this isnt a UN meeting, its a wrestling meet.
