our HW in High School was like 250, the limit was 275...

sometimes in duals they let the weight slide if it wasn't for conference or districts, regionals or state.

he could bench like 425 or something though, so no problem for him. Dude actually was trying to cut down to 215 and never came close, but what was left at the end was one VERY cut and lean heavyweight.
