Default Russia signed a contract with FILA to help other countries develop wrestling
The exact sum is not mentioned but supposedly Russia signed a contract with FILA to mount a massive financial support in Former Soviet countries, Mongolia and Africa to help develop wrestling there. In addition to financial support, Russia will send those countries some of the coaches and wrestling gear. Not bad evil Russia!
