Actually Movahed was the best wrestler. He was a 5X World champ (1970, 1969, 1967, 1966 & 1965) and 1968 Olympic Gold medalist. I believe he injured his shoulder in 1971.
He never got the chance to wrestle Gable. That would have been the match we needed to say that Gable was indisputably the best.
