The state events for the coming season are not up yet. Once the season gets underway it will all be there. You do not need to qualify for USA Wrestling State, just register and show up. If you go to state and place you will be given a flyer to register for the regionals. Like I said before If you don't place and they don't have the max number of kids at your weight you can try to petition in.
