Hey guys,

I'm the new one here and here is the thing... I use to do Submission wrestling for 2 year, and I don't want to brag but I'm not that bad in SW at all, and now I'm moving to the states(I'm from Bosnia) in 1 year... I'm going to be a senior there so I want to take up free style wrestling.I wonder if some of you could give me some weight lifting programs for wrestling and good regular workout tips?
