Since I don't have a lot of work out partners around i shadow wrestle a lot. What I do is I put six minutes on the clock and stay in a good stance and hit sprawls, penetrations steps, I pretend i snap and spin by spinning on my hands, I down block, and hit sweeps.

I was wondering if you think that this is a good workout and if you think it will help me improve.
