In my mind, #1 is definitely Taylor. I don't really know anything about Grajales, but Collin Palmer has to be very high on the list.

I think that Grejales is going to be number one when all is said and done. I think Jimmy chase's stock has risen. But He is going to be made or broken by the Ironman.

What weight is Taylor projected? Will he be at 125 this year or higher? or is he going to stay at the 112/119? Or am I totally wrong and he was at or above 125 last year?

Taylor will be above 125 this year, but he is projected anywhere up to 165 in college. Apparently his dad is 6-2 or better and David is just hitting his growth spurt. Admittedly 165 is the high end but 149 or so is most likely. There was an article about his weight somewhere but I am too lazy to look it up.
