Enough training? Hello!
I got a problem, I want to train as hard and as often as pros do, my only problem is that I only got sparring partners for tuesday and thursday. So Iam planning to do self wrestling training monday and friday, throwing the doll and stuff like that. So my question is, is it more important to handle the standing/ground techniques (like how do you grapple etc.) or to handle the throws perfectly?
Can you give me any tips how to put up good greco-roman wrestling training session with just me and the doll (and maybe resistance bands) ?
