Let me put it to you this way: People from Ohio think it's neck and neck, or that they are better. People from PA think PA has the clear advantage. This to be expected somewhat. However, people that are attached to neither state give PA the edge, and that is telling.
Those are not fair assumptions.

Well, most everybody I know outside of the states in question acknowledges that PA is the top wrestling state.
Like I said it's not a fair assumption for you to say that everyone outside of PA thinks that way just because a majority of the people you know say so .

It's more fair......well......more interesting to compare areas than to compare states.
You're onto something.
The Ohio Valley (Wheeling WV, Steubinville OH, etc) area and the Pittsburgh area have much more in common and are more of a "wrestling region" than Pittsburgh and the rest of PA. IMO
Columbus and Cleveland are also much closer geographically to Pittsburgh than is Philly.
I see one region being Cleveland, Columbus & Pittsburgh and another being Philly, Maryland & NJ.
