    It wasn't until the year 2003 that the visiting All-Stars were able to push the USA all-time won-loss record to the plus side. Overall it stands now at:

    USA all-stars 216 wins, PA all-stars 187 wins, and 9 ties.

    42 states have been represented on visiting teams.

    Accept these findings at your own risk but I had North Dakota at 4 wins and two losses.
