    what are your fat percentages

shouldn't be too hard if you're disciplined

It really depends on your fat percentages.

It's easier to lose weight when you have more fat to lose.

40 pounds is kinda hard to lose. If your all muscle then its really hard to lose. I would live off salads and less meaty fatty foods. Run alot. Its gonna be hard to lose it but i bet you can make it ;D

Not all heavy weights are just all fat. Some are ripped.
Champions aren't born. They are made.

Cutting weight is just part of wrestling. Yes 40 lbs is alot, but you do have time to condition yourself for it. The question would be do you enjoy wrestling enough to do it. Without the determination, dedication and discipline it won't work.
