i see mike zadick doing this a lot. is it a variation of a double or just blast double with ur head in the middle. what is effective about this head in the middle double?

your head caused the upper body of your opponent to topple over is hips just the same as a cut double. a lot of this type of double is based on the position of the defender more than the shooter.
