Tyler Biscaha, nationally ranked 112 and last years NJ state champ at 103 missed weight for the opening of the district tournament and is now out of state competition.

Re: State Tournament and Doesn't Make Weight Joe Lospinoso, Brearley High, did not attend Friday's weigh-ins due to his father having gall-bladder surgery. Lospinoso was second in the state at 130 in 2007 and is also ranked nationally. He's a junior so he'll get another shot in '10. His brother, a sure shot to make the state tournament also missed the weigh-in.

Re: State Tournament and Doesn't Make Weight Joey Granger a Junior and state runner-up in Va the year before failed to make wieght at Districts.
Re: State Tournament and Doesn't Make Weight Bubba Jenkins didn't make weight his senior year for the regional tourny and therefore didn't make it to states either.
Re: State Tournament and Doesn't Make Weight Actually it was his junior year he didn't make weight. His senior year is when he got suspended from school a couple weeks before the state tourney series began. He won his state title as a sophomore.

Re: State Tournament and Doesn't Make Weight It happened at the Iowa State tournament last week. Defending Champion, Tanner Schmidt from Charles City, was upset in the quarterfinals and didn't make weight for his consolation match. He was disqualified from the tournament.
