Default Intensive Camps for the Offseason

Hey, I'm a freshman this year and our season is over. I was 24-3 on my freshman team wrestling 2 weight classes up. For the most part I was content with being and ok wrestler. But after watching Lee Munster at our sectionals, I've been totaly inspired to be the best I can be. i've been looking into camps to help me improve in the offseason and basically my question is:

What are some excellent camps that will help me improve physically and mentally for next season. I'm willing to work as hard as it takes to get to the level i want to be at. I live in northern IL so I'm pretty close to a lot of great wrestling colleges like Iowa and Illinois.

Besides that what can I do outside of camp to help me improve. Really I want to come back next year an entirely different wrestler.

If you have any recommendations, please let me know.

J ROBINSON 28 DAY INTENSIVE CAMP! This camp has turned some duds into studs! Whenever the guys on our team go the always seem to end up a completely changed wrestler. It is incredible the stuff that comes out of these kids after this camp.

I'd also suggest J Robinson's, although I "only" went to the 14 day. It isn't easy, but you certainly come out a lot tougher than you started. It makes your normal in season practices and weight cutting seem easy by comparison, allowing you to push harder than you could before. BTW, if you go, get in good shape before hand.

Okie St and Iowa are both running 10-Day intensive camps in NY state. It's their only east coast location for both programs.

In Pennsylvania, the Keystone Camp is excellent for all ages. PSU, Lehigh coaches and wrestlers instruct at the camp. Phil Davis was there last year.
