Thank God I made it to regionals. Yesterday was the second day of our two day district tournament here in Texas. I wrestled twice the first day and won both matches, then yesterday I had a very tough match and won 5 to 4. It was so close. So now I'm going to regionals. I really want to make it to state as I have mentioned so many times before, but I've never been to regionals so to be honest I do not know what to expect, I know it's going to be tough, but I only have from now to Thursday to train (Friday and Saturday is regionals). So anything you'd suggest or advise would be awesome! Hope everyone is doing fantastic at their district competitions.

You only had 3 matches to finish districts? And you placed 1st? There isn't much you can do except for sharpen up on your technique. Just make sure your mentality and technique is at its peak and don't condition hard about 2 days prior to regionals, let your body rest. It will need it if you want it to perform at its peak. Plan out what you want to do in your match and what moves you will hit and drill them like a mad man. |

| Round of 12 | You can do cardio but keep in note that your cardio won't really improve in this short amount of time leading up to regionals. You want to rest so your body and muscles are at their peak.
