Its my sophomore year at 140. I was looking to accomplish something today but man, I choked. I got pinned in both my matches within the 2nd periods. I know conditioning wasn't an issue, because I always go hard in practice with our state qualifier and finish right behind him after our mile or 2 mile runs. Plenty of sleep, good dinner. Good breakfast. I don't have great strength or technique but my conditioning is great. Does technique beat out strength/conditioning any day?my junior season started a few hours ago so I have that to look forward to. But man did I choke.
