Eat something really small throughout the day like a small piece of fruit or gronala or power bar every hour and a half to two hours. the only way i could ever make weight was getting a workout beofre school or at some point in the morning to get my metabolism going. i would usually have to cut 10 to 12 pounds during the week for a weekend tournament though so it might not be as hard.
