    Default Nagging Knee Pain

I get knee pain often in wrestling, I don't wear knee pads. Sometimes when I go in for a shot it will start hurting. It is weird. Why is this? Any ideas?

Is it like a bruise in your knee cap? I get that too but it goes away after a few days. I need to buy some knee pads too haha.

Yep just bruises or it might be swollen. After some of my matches they are purple and a little swollen. But since I don't notice it in the match I'm fine until I get some knee pads.
