How much will shadow wrestling do for me if I do it consistently until the season for 30 - 45 minutes every day? Like 20 minute soft drilling, going through the motions of take downs and escapes at a slower pace, going over things I want to work on and then ten - fifteen minutes of hard shadow drilling, like in intervals of 1 - 3 minutes?
I noticed a big difference when I started to spend a few minutes doing low singles every day, and just wondered how much of a difference I would see if I committed to 30 - 45 minutes a day of shadow wrestling? Will it improve my speed a lot?
