Simple question, when does it end? Not that I am looking forward to the day the wrestling season ends, I actually dread it. But hey, its nice to know isn't it?

On the chance that every state has different timing for the season's end, when does NJ's wrestling season end?

I mean, it depends on when your last match is. Ontop of that, just keep training, when you bored or feeling out of shape, do a couple hundred pushups, your training for wrestling, so if you like, its wrestling season. join a summer league or go to camps. In reality, there are opportunities to wrestle all year, but most school seasons end sometime in february.

yeah alot end in february, the more matches you win in the post, the longer your season is, normally if you ask some of the best wrestlers, they do not have off seasons.

While most of the best do not stop wrestling, I feel its very important to take two weeks or so off after the season. Last year after my last match at states I couldn't wait to keep wrestling, especially coming of placing, however, my coaches actually made me sit out for two weeks. I can't tell you the type of difference that made for me. When I got back into it, it was truly fun again, and thats the point!
