Well, this weekend was the Lowry tourny. I had 2 hella tough losses that were against guys from 4A schools (I'm 2A). I learned alot about myself as a wrestler and about cutting weight. I was 147.2 in the morning and I chewed gum and spit in a cup for acouple hours all while wrapped in a sleeping bag. 2 hours later I made weight at 144.8. I wrestled tough even though I lost.
The good, lost only by points, controlled the whole 2nd and 3rd rounds, opponets could not get up, I had great cardio. My opponets were sucking wind lol.
The bad, didnt get the pin (came really close though) my opponets got early takedowns and thats how they won.
In conclusion, I know that I have great cardio, and can control people well. I need to work on some stuff, namely pinning combos and takedowns. It sucks that I lost but I can only learn from my mistakes and come back stronger.
