Creatine is very dangerous if you are working out hard - it is VERY easy to dehydrate/overheat when using creatine. I do not recommend it at all for wrestlers. Other than a multi-vitamin, and perhaps some vitamin K for those who get nose bleeds, the only suppliment that I ever suggest is glutamine. Glutamine seems to reduce the rest period required by the muscles during intense workouts - allowing for faster recovery and therefore greater muscle development. By the way, for us old farts, it seems to reduce the aches and pains after workouts, too.

creatine is definitely helpful, but in my opinion its much more effective for offseason training. creatine will make you gain mass, and it is dangerous if you don't drink at least a gallon of water a day. The problem with taking it in season is obviously that you will gain a lot of extra weight, but if thats not a problem then go for it.
