Well, wrestling isn't a sport that you can learn overnight. But don't worry, this kind of competition will get you better. But I suppose one "surprising move" is slapping the mat with both hands and then diving into the opponents legs, driving your shoulders into his ankles. It has to be quick.

Any advice as to some moves that can end a match quickly, (basically surpise the heck out of my opponent)?

When the ref blows the whistle,fall down with your back flat.You will suprise your opponent and end the match quickly.Sorry for the sarcasm,but I couldn't resist.
