    Other than doing squats with weights, what other workouts can I do that will help my standups?

    get in referrees position with one side of you body along the wall. step 1. bring outside leg and out side arm up at the same time while turning so your back is against the wall and you are now in a squatting position. next put one arm up and turn your body towards that arm and your arm is like a sword on the wall as your body is turning. Do this over and over. start with just doing the stand ups over and over. get to the point where your arm and leg are to the point that they are basically connected by a rope when one goes up the other goes up

    Jumping squats for explosiveness and endurance.
