    Default Whats a good diet

    To Help me Maintain my weight? I'm currently 135 lbs and I wrestle 135 But I don't have to wrestle until next Thursday. Now see I'm being vague Because I'm so used to cutting weight I can't think of a diet that doesn't involve me overeating..

    Cutting Weight - Baked Chicken, Lettuce, Celery

    Maintaining - Lots of carbs for energy. Bread, fruit, some meat. Stuff you can digest pretty fast.

    Under - Whatever you want

    Actually, carbs do not digest fast. Simple carbs do, but the more complex carbs take quite a while to break down. Also, if you are not actively burning them (that is, exercising shortly after intake) they store in the body as fat.

    just make sure you dont exceed the amount of calories needed to maintain 135 lbs.

    Get the "Ab's Diet" and base you caloric intake around it's dieting methods.
