This is what I tried to describe by Brands.

Here, he gives up his double to post one arm and get his legs under (2 angles)

And here he has no legs and opponent has a front headlock, and instead of backing out, he drives him with his forearm in a circle

Kind of hard to explain, but is that your Bulgarian?

No, we call that a chop and pop. You chop one of his legs down and pop the other one up and over your head.

A bulgarian is where you reach across with your left arm and pull his left leg down, and you turn to your right and reach inside his waist with your right arm. It's easier to show than to describe.

if you get stuck underneath try the short drag. this is when the person puts their arm around your head, almost like a front headlock or they are trying to set up a cement mixer, grab their elbow with your arm of the opposite side and pull it to you and take their back.
sorry but it is kinda hard to explian

I didn't read the whole thread but I suggest you keep your hips under you and keep driving. If they sprawl keeping your hips under you gives you the leverage to lift and turn. Likewise, not all shot are successful so you need to be able to bail out. I saw someone mention it already, but Brands has a video on 'snap down and go behinds'. They are good. But I suspect you might need help on your basic positioning when standing and preparing to shoot. Gable has some videos on basics. Otherwise your coach should be addressing your weaknesses. If not, then get yourself into some camps in the summer that has collegiate wrestlers as clinicians. If you have a college nearby you might even contact the coaching staff about hiring a team member for a private lesson or two on stance, set up and shot making. College kids always need the money and are a great resource that are under utilized. Good luck.

Let's see...from the bottom, quick stand-up, and a switch that's 2 good go to moves. When someone spawls on you a peekout is a good go to move. Drill these in practice. Also, if you have a terrible shot you should first work on setting up your takedowns. And you should also work on your sprawling technique, so you can be more defensive. Front headlocks etc. Good luck!
