Well, mind set has alot to do with it. If you set your mind to it, you can do almost anything.

be sure of your moves, dont panick, stay low to the ground, the biggest tip ive ever gotten is to make sure i can always touch the ground in my stance, it makes shots and sprawling easier and much quicker, so a stronger but slower wrestler can make shots of a speedier one

Grip strength will determine a lot. When all else is equal, give me the guy who has huge hands a vice like grip.

Hip strength and balance are just as critical.

Focus! Keeping focused during a match and training is very difficult. The great ones never lose concentration and never get taken off task. Add to this Athletic ability and great coaching and you will all the ingredients for a dominate wrestler.
