So hey football is over and I am going to wrestle, I'm 5'6 and weigh 165.This will be my first year to wrestle but I think I could be really good at it. I am alot stronger than everyone else in my weight class so I think that will be an advantage. But everyone trumps me experience wise, happened to me in football too but I prevailed. So like could someone explain the rules and regulations to me a bit? Been on wiki and didn't come up with much.I have been watching the state champ's vids and it seems pretty complicated.
So I lift weights alot but cardio wise I'm not the best, I have started running. So anything I can do to get my cardio up workouts anything.
Everyone will try to like destroy me I know but I plan on being a very aggresive wrestler so I hope thats a good thing.
So basically please leave me some workouts,techniques,anything that can be of use. Thanks alot guys.
