    Thanks for the tips - I'll look for that book, gjfovf. I've never had an issue with weight before because I was content where I was at. I seem to burn off most of what I eat so I'm not sure eating more will be very helpful. I eat a LOT and sometimes it seems I'm always hungry. I only waver by a few pounds back and forth. A friend of mine recommended adding protein shakes daily. I just want to make sure it's not weight that falls right back off but actually sticks.

    What the other two said. Calories in has to be more than calories out. Not a lot of wrestlers can afford to eat as much as they want- enjoy it!

    Or you could seek out tougher competition at your natural weight class. Unless you are the world champion there are guy out there that can beat you; find them and wrestle them!
