Thanks for the tips - I'll look for that book, gjfovf. I've never had an issue with weight before because I was content where I was at. I seem to burn off most of what I eat so I'm not sure eating more will be very helpful. I eat a LOT and sometimes it seems I'm always hungry. I only waver by a few pounds back and forth. A friend of mine recommended adding protein shakes daily. I just want to make sure it's not weight that falls right back off but actually sticks.
