Hey guys, today was my second day of conditioning in my first season ever. So far my coach is just having us do some basic moves like drop steps fireman lifts, cartwheels, front hand springs, back hand springs etc... and some basic weight lifting. The weights i can deal with but im havin a tough time getting the moves down. It seems like everyone else is progressing faster than i am, even the other first-timers. I'd really appreciate some tips from other wrestlers but the kids at my school worth asking don't look like they're interested (and they're a little intimidating) and i cant find time to talk to my coaches outside of practice. any tips??
