now wen i say practice i mean practice before was just condtioning but today we got in the wrestling room.
we started with a 2 mile run followed by 6 200 meter sprints,we then went to the weight room and did 3x12 of bench,incline bench,dips,pullups(negatives),incline bench sit up(with 12pnd medicine ball),pull-downs(when u sit on a machine and it has a metal bar above u and u pull it to your chest,pull-to's(sit down on machine grab a hold of handle and pull to you)
then we went to the wrestling room and started with basic stance followed by frontward and backward rolls then cartwheels.after that we got in are stance and shuffled around the big circle for a period of time switching directions often then in the smaller circles (6 in all) stood 1 kid in each,the diffrent circles had diffrent exercizes(mountain climbers,6in-6feet,squats,pushups,jumpin jacks and crunchs) we alternated between them we did three rnds after that we did hip heists ,then finally we did high knees,quick feet and sprawls
