    No. A perfect set up is probably 80-90% of a takedown. If they are done properly there is little to nothing your opponent can do to stop you.

    Just diving it is what most high school kids do. Its why you see so many failed shots on the high school level. If you spent 75% of your technique time learning set ups and then just one shot and finish from them your better off than knowing 40 shots and finishes without a set up.

    So, what I should work on is the circling and slapping stuff in the beggining till I see an opening for an ankle pick and BAM!

    And A pretty fast and agile guy, so quicker moves are more my forte.
