I haven't wrestled since March 13th at the California Frosh/Soph state championships. I haven't been practicing or working out or anything. I've also been going to physical therapy for patella femoral dysfunction. I was wondering if anyone had any tips to get into shape for wrestling season. I know it is a long way off, but I want to be in better shape than this past season. If it helps, my physical therapist doesn't want me to run stairs, do squats, or leg extensions(on a machine). Any tips?
