Is that a bad thing to do? At neutral, I always look down at my opponents feet positioning. My head gets pulled down a lot, but I'm wondering if that's due to my looking down at their feet or just lack of neck strength.

its the same as looking into a half if you look down your head is already positioned to go to the mat i ussually look at there Torso so i can see there hip movement Arm movement and where there neck is going even if you had the strongest neck in the world looking down you will still get shucked down by someone like me even my coach says i have more powerful shucks then anyone hes ever coached and i went 125s this year
