superman is a little old school, because wrestler have better hips now
you throw your left leg in and swing/rotate your body in a left rotation throwing your right leg behind him, this is supposed to put his right hip on the mat and left his left hip up in the air, then you crossface him and get in proper position to score nearfall, im not a big fan of this

leg in ball and chain is a great move though
left leg in, reach over his torso and put your left arm in his ribs and underhook his right arm, this looks like you are attempting a guillotine, he reacts to defend the guillotine and it sets up the ball and chain, by now your left elbow is hooked in front of his right elbow, with your right arm reach in between his legs and grab his right wrist while still hooked over his torso with your left arm, from here you push on the mat with your right foot to rotate him back into nearfall position (you can roll through too if you are good), once there rotate into him to keep your hips tight

From leg Riding you dont really need a big arsenal i score alot of points what i will do is Takedown GutWrench and when you toss them over leg in so thats 5 points then since the gutWrench alound you to get your leg in when you roll back over toss in a powerhalf 8 points in about 20 seconds then you can do ball and chain and 11 points
Mental toughness is to physical as four is to one.

So do you end up in almost a tilt like position?

You don't always have to use the deep leg rides....I really liked using the crab ride this year. I would score maybe 75% of my back points from a crab....the claw ride and tilt is my go to. Power halfs, Schaller's cradle.....you've got a lot. But really, you only need three or four solid turns....all I used was Crab/claw, Half from cowboy or crab, two on one (Easton tilt) from crab, and ball and chain. That was literally almost all of my NF this year

The claw ride is basically spiral ride with a crab and you don't (most of the time, at least) use your hand on the inside of the crotch. It's just going underneath the arm and grabbing opposite side of the neck. It's a super simple ride but really effective, especially with a crab ride or an oklahoma ride. Torsten Gillespie is pretty good with it.
