It's only one arm around his hip, and the high "C" grabs that arm. I don't know if there is any video of this...What is so nice about it is the ability to control his hips with your elbows. One other nice thing about it, is if he sprawls out on the high c and your already in motion to the side you maintain leverage and can drive into his hips for a takedown.

most important is to set your 45 degree angle. You do that, and you have positional advantage. Because you're not setting your 45, you're getting sprawled on. Once you set your 45, he, (or she) can no longer do that to you. From there simply select your favorite finish and score. I like to use high level judo in there, but that's far more advanced. Set your 45!
