Thread: Lose 6.5 lbs in 3 days?

    Default Lose 6.5 lbs in 3 days?

    I need help... I'm weighing around 141.5 lbs and I need to get down at 135 lbs 3 days from now.

    Because of the Christmas days we have off, I basically only have ONE wrestling practice before that tournament (which is tomorrow). Tomorrow won't be a hard day of practice either, it will be a light, easy practice so it won't do too much.

    I have questions on what/how I should eat and as far as exercising.

    If you've got one practice but off school, you should be fine.

    Eat light today, make sure you come into practice at 6.5lbs over. Lose 2.5lbs at the practice and work out to lose another 2 after practice (if you can't lose 2.5 @ practice, you will just have more to do on your own so push yourself)... eat 1.5 lbs after workout and weigh about 4 over before bed... wake up 3 over and work out all day to make the weight...

    6.5 is not a big deal. However, if your state has any sort of weight control program you certainly would be violating it by making weight the next day.
    To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.

    He will be allowed to make the weight as long as he hasn't officially weighed in over 135 recently. and my tips would be cut your food intake and go for some runs before you go to bed and when you wake up

    What if he doesn't drift a pound when he sleeps?
    I've heard of people that don't drift too much.

    sleep cold. no covers and open ur window. ur body works harder to stay warm and u lose more.
