I need help... I'm weighing around 141.5 lbs and I need to get down at 135 lbs 3 days from now.
Because of the Christmas days we have off, I basically only have ONE wrestling practice before that tournament (which is tomorrow). Tomorrow won't be a hard day of practice either, it will be a light, easy practice so it won't do too much.
I have questions on what/how I should eat and as far as exercising.
