    im on varsity its my sophmore year i wrestle 160 im 5'2 and not very strong or experienced. Im certified to wrestle at 130lbs. I need a diet, i've also been boxing for 8 years so conditioning is no problem i need a diet HELP!!!

    Practice then go home drink 2 full glasses of water then eat a yogurt the next morning have a banana two glasses of water go to school have a yogurt for lunch and drink water all day.

    That my not be healthy to go down to 130 THIS YEAR. Remember when you lose weight, you are gonna lose muscele and be slow and tired. Dont commit to making 130 this year. Just eat healthy and next year you will be 130
