    Default need to cut 10 or 11 pounds

    im 5'1 and weigh 112-113 and 15 percent body fat. and i do have muscle on me. im going to cut to to 103s so what should i start eating and when should i be eating.
    should i start drinking lots of water?
    and whats the amount of food should i eat?

    drink as much water as possible up until about 2 days before, and the day before dont drink any water. have a normal 3 meals a day but make them small, low in fat, and high in protein. Power bars, bagels, plain spaghetti, oatmeal with skim milk, cereal with skim milk but make sure you're meals are small
