I would say the best way to do it is cutting back on what and how much you eat, as well as when, and running more. You're going to have to end up cutting water weight before duals and tournaments. So you're going to have to be tough about it and be in pretty good condition, because it does take a bit out of you to cut. See a nutritionist or ask someone who would know a lot about it. And just figure out a plan. But if you're more comfortable at 119, why mess with that? It's all a matter of how you feel and where you're at. Only you can really tell how good you feel in a certain weight.
