3 days of wrestling and wrestling a tournament in two days. help.

i just started wrestling on tuesday and i have to wrestle the tournament the team is going to on saturday. im going 103's but have hardly any experience. any tips on what and how to do things so i dont get my ass handed right to me? thanks
