dominicanboy hasn't really gotten started
Default Good idea?

I am a junior and high school and i am 5'7" and i weigh about 215. During football season i was about 200 pounds and had plans to go down to 189 for wrestling season. I got injured due to a concusion and wasnt allowed to do anything physical.. is it still a good idea to go down to 189?

I would just watch what you eat and work your tail off, then see where you are weight wise in a couple of weeks. If you're back to 200 and want to go for it, do it. If you haven't dropped that much stay where you're at.
