    This is the best advice yet. The top high school and college wrestlers use mostly the basic moves, but they drill them thousands of times so they can do them perfectly without thinking.

    Go to youtube.com and search for WRESTLING HALF NELSON. It's an easy move to learn as long as you keep your chest on his chest, you'll be fine.

    Yeah they were drilling us something like that, it ends the same it just starts a little different. If there on your left side when you start, put your left hand where your right hand is, grab their hand with your right hand, kick your left leg so your on you butt, pinch your left arm in, go straight to your head go 360, and than it ends the same way as that vid.

    those are two completely different moves.

    The mills series will work on any level of wrestling you just have to run it with the right technique
